Terms of Service
Last updated 21 September 2026
The English version is the authoritative one.
These are the terms for using Restivo. See also our Privacy Policy.
1.Agreement
By creating a Restivo account or using Restivo you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Restivo on behalf of a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.
2.What Restivo is
Restivo is software for running a hospitality business: orders, kitchen and counter tickets, menus, staff, reports and receipts. Restivo records what your customers pay you (Cash, Card or Other) so your books line up, but it does not process customer payments. Restivo does not provide fiscalization: its receipts are its own operational documents, not official fiscal receipts, and every receipt says so. You remain responsible for any tax, fiscal-device or invoicing rules that apply where you operate.
3.Accounts
- Give accurate information and keep your password and email account secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Owners are responsible for the people they invite and the roles they give them.
- One person, one account. Do not share sign-ins; invite colleagues instead so each person has the right role and an accurate audit trail.
4.Your business data
Your menu, prices, orders and other business records are yours. You give Restivo permission to store and process them to provide the service. You can export them at any time from Settings, and you are responsible for their accuracy.
5.Acceptable use
- Do not try to access another business's data, probe or disrupt the service, or bypass its limits.
- Do not upload anything unlawful or that you have no right to use, and do not use Restivo to send spam.
- Do not resell or white-label Restivo without our written agreement.
6.Beta and availability
While Restivo is in beta it may change, have bugs, or be unavailable at times. Do not rely on it as your only record of anything you cannot afford to lose — export your data regularly. We aim to give notice of significant changes.
7.Subscriptions and billing
Restivo may be free during the beta. If paid plans are introduced you will be told the price and terms before you are charged, payments are handled by our billing provider, and you can cancel any time. If a subscription ends or a payment fails, your business keeps working through a grace period and then becomes read-only: nothing is deleted and you can still view and export everything.
8.Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time from Security (owners first transfer ownership). We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, and will explain why where we can.
9.Responsibility
Restivo is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss caused by things outside our control, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10.Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they apply. Questions? Use the Contact page.
